Very happy with the installation of my new heating unit! It was a long day for all but everyone of the three gentlemen were polite and respectful. They didn't leave a clue of their presence in my home!
Home Climates is a company that I trust. They are reasonably priced, have great customer service and are reliable. I would highly recommend them!
We’ve been using Home Climates for years to service and maintain our HVAC unit. They come in the fall and spring and from timeliness to honest advice these guys do an excellent job! Its never fun to spend your hard earned dollars on maintenance or repairs but its a pleasure when you work with Home Climates!
Had clogged pipes on a sat morning(football) day play offs ! Ten minutes after I called , Derick called from his truck and within 15 minutes he was at our front door! Wonderful service ! Respectful to our home, wearing footies upon entering! I have used Home Climates since we moved here 5 yrs ago! Just can’t say enough positive for this co! Thank u ! The only negative 👎🏽 is Dericks a Patriots fan! Lol

My husband was smelling gas, so we called Home Climates to come check our furnace. Cody came out on a cold and snowy Friday night to do a system check-up. Fortunately, he found the issue right away - a cracked heat exchanger - which could have led to a more serious problem down the road had we not had the system checked. I called late in the evening and got a quick response. A tech came out(within an hour) to identify my problem and get me scheduled for a repair since my issues wasn’t critical. The rates I feel where/is fair for the proposed work. I’m currently scheduled to have my work done within two days. Fast friendly, knowledgeable, local, and I have a feeling this won’t be the last time they hear from me if the situation arises.
This is the second time Shane was at our home for our annual inspection. Shane is personal, friendly, and courteous. He even played with our cat. My wife had a list of questions about our new system and thermostat and he answered each one in a very professional manner. It is always a pleasure dealing with him. Thank you for the fine service.
