I am very happy to use Home Climates, mostly because we always get excellent service from Shane Brenneman, he is a fantastic technician and he always makes time for my dog, who is always thrilled to see him! I also love having the Diamond plan, helps me save money in the long run!

Today Mason came out with Andy to service my fireplace and they were both absolutely wonderful. Mason and Andy were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Mason shared with me what he did to service the fireplace. He explained how it functions and what needed to be cleaned. He was very easy to talk to and was able to share HVAC information in layman terms.
