The whole experience was wonderful! We were able to be seen within 24 hours of our call. There were several opportunities for communication, including when we were contacted about an earlier arrival (yes, please!). The technician, Jovani, was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the repairs. He spoke to me about the membership options without being pushy about it. The membership discount almost paid for the price of the membership on this visit alone. I am quite sure I would recommend this company to friends and family.
Shane has always been very thorough and goes above and beyond in explaining and answering any questions that I may have. Pleased with everything he has done on our yearly AC and Heat time-ups!
Very professional and very knowledgeable technicians, my technician was Mason and he explained step by step the work they were providing and made sure I was happy and satisfied with the finished job. Mason made sure that all materials were cleaned up after the job was done and answered all my questions, I would definitely recommend home climates to all my family and friends.

The heat pump would not heat, or now cool, the house. I called on Monday and arranged for an appointment on Tuesday. Unfortunately it was a very hot and humid day right after a stormy night, but Isaac of Home Climates came through. Even though he didn't arrive here until around 7:00 PM, he took the time to investigate and figure out the issue. Just had the AC serviced and as always the service was excellent. Shane took his time making sure everything was running properly. He shared what he was doing and why. Above all, Shane gets 5 stars for being customer oriented.
