Today I noticed my (electric) hot water heater was leaking. My wife was about to leave for work and I was going to be home watching our 4 month old little girl. I decided to call home climates and they sent a guy out to take a look at it. He walks in and says it’s leaking from the tank and it definitely needed to be replaced. I thought “Why not?
