From start to finish, we had a very good experience with Home Climates! Emily was professional, quickly set us up with a time for our tech, Mason. Mason took the time to check every possibility of a leak. When he completed his evaluation, he explained his findings thoroughly. Cody did a thorough inspection of our ailing heat pump, and diagnosed what was failing. He explained repairing an aging system vs replacement and our options for the possible replacement. We chose to replace our system and the same evening we had an itemized quote. He was friendly, prompt, and knowledgable. A pleasure to work with, would highly recommend Home Climate's service department!

Home Climate, Mason, installed a Nest Thermostat for us today. He did a great job with installation and also took the time to explain all the features and did the set up including assisting with setting up on my phone with the App. Mason walked us through that also. Can’t say enough good things about this company and Mason and now know why The Nest website highly recommended them.
They are very timely and efficient used for several issues will use again in future.
Shane just left my house after coming to clean my furnace. He was very nice and did a great job. He explained everything he did and what he would recommend to replace my humidifier. The other service people that have come to my house in the pass have also been good. Thank you Shane and Home Climates.
