Justin returned my call within minutes, found a way to get to my home in short order and provided the needed temporary fix to my problem. He has earned my future business.
Just a "shout-out" to Shane for the great job he did on our furnace's "wellness" check in late November. He is both personable and knowledgeable with an eye for details. He was also prompt and courteous which goes a long way in making customers satisfied. He has serviced our furnace/air conditioning units before and we would gladly welcome him back. Great job all around! He is an asset to your business.
We were very pleased with our service man Shane. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and helpful in answering our questions. He was respectful to our home by wearing shoe covers and took the time to interact with our kids. We appreciate his professionalism and hope to continue to utilize him as a resource in addressing any questions/concerns regarding our unit.
I had my semi-yearly maintenance check up today, done by Shane. Very professional in his presentation. Explained everything as he went through his work. Recommended things that I didn't even know about, with our new Lennox furnace/heat pump. He arrived promptly, did what he had to do, and left, making sure everything was operating near 100%.
They text when they are on the way with a picture of your service pro. Very friendly and do great work!

Shane came out to inspect our furnace. Shane was professional and down to earth. He kept me informed what he was doing throughout the entire process. He didn't even mind my dogs in his face. He sold me on being an Emerald Customer, which will not only save us money in the future, but also ensure we are Home Climate customers in the future. Shane let me know that he was 5 minutes from the house. He arrived and greeted the cat and dog when they met him at the door. Very professional with protecting the hardwood floors with shoe covers. Explained the repairs and cost and was efficient with the repairs. Enjoy catching up whenever Shane comes to perform the yearly maintenance call.
