I worked here and had a great experience with Kendra which is one of the top dogs(manager) she handled every problem i had with elegance and grace. She understood where i was coming from every time ! She honestly the sweetest lady you’d ever meet & very friendly with a heart of gold and a great smile !! Such a great team !!
I have worked for and with HCA since inception here in greater DSM area. The team is kind, innovative, and person centered in all facets from caregiver to clients. This is truly one of my favorite homecare companies in DSM. Reliable, educated and patient team. Id recommend to anyone looking for caregiving services or respite care and to work for! and Ive done both (recommended) many times with excellent results every time!
My husband is a 100% service connected disabled veteran and the VA sends in Home Care Assistants into our home three times a week. We are very pleased with the services they provide. They help my husband dress, bath, and help with basic housework. They are cheerful, and allow us to stay in our home. If a care givers cannot come, they send a replacement. This company appreciates their employees and it is reflected in the care they give
We've been utilizing care for a few weeks now and couldn't be more thrilled with how they are helping Grandma. The CNAs have been so compassionate and gentle with her. Our Grandma is a spitfire and often refuses necessary tasks. The girls here have been WONDERFUL coaxing her into working on her goals like staying clean and meal prep. Anytime I've had concerns or wanted a specific task completed they are right on it.
