The in home care that my Dad received was exceptional. The staff was very pleasant and my Dad really enjoyed them. Special thanks to Seth, Maneesh, Megan and Pablo. They became part of his family. The administration of the service was excellent. Never missing a shift despite some challenging weather at times. Will miss our Dad, but we know he was well taken care of.
Home Care Assistance has been a wonderful place to work. The scheduling team is very accommodating and does a great job providing flexibility, which has made it much easier to balance work with my other responsibilities. Management is supportive, professional, and truly values their employees. I appreciate the positive work environment and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives every day. I would highly recommend Home Care Assistance to anyone looking for a rewarding and flexible workplace.
Well run and upbeat vibe in their operations. Current Home Health Aide and CNA is the best Aide I have ever had. Most prior Aides were Good, Very Good, with a few excellent. Scheduler is quick to get substitute when needed. Have had some at home health aid Through VA and maybe Aetna for about eight years. High score with me.
I am a caregiver at this organization. So far working for this company has been wonderful! They really care about their clients and also their employees. If I ever need extra training on anything they are very attentive and arrange for me to get the extra training that I need and they do it in a timely manner.
