I talked with Mr. Bishop Sr. and he arrived while I was on an errand. I had informed him that my hubby would be home. My hubby stated that Mr. Bishop was very professional, and knew right away what the problem was with the furnace. He fixed it right away and recommended an upgrade to the furnace at a later date. I am giving Mr. Bishop a ton of "kudo'" for his expert service.

My request was serviced by Glenn. He was very honest and upfront and found a ton of wiring issues that were problems since the the original install a few years ago. The bill was realistic with the work and if anything he underestimated the billable hours. I will definitely use Home Air Control again for any heating/air conditioning issues.

I called another technician before and he could not figure out what was wrong with the unit leaving the house with virtually no heat in a very cold week. Glen from Home Air Control quickly figure out the problem and fixed it.
