The technician was very knowledgeable. He was prompt, addressed my issue and knew what it was immediately. It was clear to me that he knew what he was doing. He had to come back and replace the capacitor that he installed as a fix and that's my only reason of rating my experience a 4.5... otherwise outstanding service... I would definitely hire them again... Great job...
Showed up exactly on time, explained everything in detail, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without any problems, and even removed his shoes before entering. I would definitely recommend using this company in the future as I certainly will.
We needed a fast solution, and they came right out... same day! They did a great job.
I will be using them in the future every time. I am on the edge of their service area, but they were very good about coming out quickly more than once and taking care of all issues.
They were able to schedule diagnostic visit the very next day of my call. The trip is $59. They dissembled my AC unit and detrrmined it was a bad motor. According to them, a new motor without a warranty could cost $1200. Since my unit is still under the warranty, they will contact manufacture and get back to me after the long labor weekend. Yet, they never got back to me since.
