Our air conditioning unit went out on Wednesday, one of the hottest days of 2013. Our local utility company could not come out until the following Tuesday. I found Home Advisor on the web, took a chance and gave them a call. They referred me to Home Air Control who then called me while finishing up with Home Advisor. This company will surely provide you with the expertise that's needed to understand the exact problem with your air conditioning unit and thus provide you with not only an accurate solution but will be able to detect and give you alternative solutions (both long and short-term). This provider was quick, easy to deal with, very informative and very reasonable.
Only complaint was that the unit did not arrive in a timely fashion. Had to reschedule for a Saturday installation.
After researching several HVAC contractors, I choose Home Air Control. William at HAC was always immediately responsive, professional and very friendly. I will be using them again for another property.
