Very quick and responsive. They were on time and had great communication!
Came home at 7:30 pm and found no heat. Found Home Air Control on your website and called. Glenn was out in 30 mins. and methodically went through a process of elimination. He couldn't get the part until the next morning. Texted him the next morning because it was snowing and wasn't sure if that would deter him from coming back ASAP. I called Glenn at 1500 on a Sunday after receiving notice from my rental tenants that the heat in their house had gone out that morning. After giving him the information to contact them, he was able to get out there same day with in 2 hours and had them up and running again the same day.
Glen Bishop was quick to respond when my furnace wasn't working. Very professional and quickly determined my old furnace needed to be replaced. Gave me a very reasonable price on a new and installed the same day so I wouldn't be w/o heat another day.
Very quick response when our heat pump wouldn't turn on late Sunday evening. Glen came right over and diagnosed the problem and got it working again. Very friendly and responsive! Would definitely use their services again.
They were very professional, determined the problem quickly, and fixed the problem. I was also thankful with how quickly they could come out, even in a snowstorm.

I noticed the furnace wasn't working Thanksgiving morning when the outside temperature was 34 degrees and the inside was 54 degrees. At 7 am I placed an emergency trouble report into HomeAvisor and they got me in contact with Home Air Control. By 8:30 I had a technician at my door and by 9:30 my furnace was back up and running. Home Air Control did not charge me extra for a holiday visit. Another company was going to charge $500 just for a holiday visit. With Home Air Control I paid less than that for the entire repair.
