When they say 24/7, they mean it! Got around to submitting a request for service just past midnight. They responded by text within 15mins. Showed up on-time the next morning and provided A+ service for a great price. Actually, talked me out of inquiries that I had to help save me money! To be honest, by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor in my 15 years of home ownership. A first-class is option on HomeAdvisor for HVAC, trust me!!!
I was contacted immediately about the AC not working and they were at my house within 30 minutes. Everything was fixed quickly and they were very nice and knowledgeable!

Very thorough
The technician arrived early and called to see if we were home to see if he could start early. We were home so it was good to have someone actually make it before their scheduled time. The technician was knowledgeable and explained step by step what he was doing and fully explained all charges. Additionally, he provided a recommendation for future service due to the age and state of repair of our current system. It was much appreciated.
Glenn at Home Air Control has been incredible to deal with, especially for me, being a fairly new female homeowner. He has patiently explained what I should have been doing and why. I will continue to call on him whenever I am in need of heat pump service.
