Fantastic job- was very easy to work with.
Very accomodating. The service was very fast and immediately available. I was very pleased with the professionalism they displayed.
Home Air Control appeared more competent than some of previous companies - pointing out both good and bad issues I did not know about with a/c and heating systems, without trying to sell their services. Polite and on-time as well.
We disacovered over memorial day weekend that our AC was blowing out week tepid air. Home Air Control arrived on time, did a thorough diagnostic, and were good at explaining the problem. It turns out that the compressor needed to be replaced. They took the time to locate a compressor that would match with our indoor unit and were able to install it to get the maximum system efficiency. Glenn came out on Memorial Day weekend to fix my AC when no one else would even take my call. They were very professional and courteous. I will need to replace my unit in the near future and will definitely consider using Home AIr Control again.
Nice Father and Son very curteous and professional. I thought what I was charged was fair.
Took the time to explain differences in the products and what would be best for my situation. Gave me the best price for the product. Installation was timely and well done. I have already recommended Home Air Control to another.

A year and a half after Home Air Control installed the TRANE gas furnace system, which they quoted 12,500 dollors for, they are unable to service the system. I have called the company at least 30 times and left voice messages. The company never got back to me, and nobody from the office (which might not exist) ever picked up the phone. I have also emailed Glenn Bishop at Home Air Control about 10 times but he never replied. I now have to find another company to service the furnace. Sorry to here we have been giving such a poor review by this customer. We Honored Mrs. S written contract 100% and even 6 months past her one year contract at no charge. Mrs. S wanted a annual maintenance agreement. Home Air Control offers 1, 2 and 10 year new installation warranties made at the time of installation. Once Mrs. S warranty expired it could not be extended. During this time we were dealing with Mothers illness and closed Mrs. S. Contract.
