Glenn Bishop called immediately, knew of my problem and the part to fix it. His service was great and the price was right. He installed an Aprilaire humidifier in a very professional manner.

He is good and reliable.
They reported on time, were courteous and professional. They removed their shoes at the door which is unusual for a lot of technicians and I appreciate that. They properly diagnosed the problem and had parts to fix the issue the same day. Price was a little more than I expected but good work doesn't come cheap.

Very curtious and professional. Took extra care to keep from tracking dirt indoors. Cleaned up worksite. Had initial wiring issue with unit and worked with us and the manufacturer to get it resolved. Followed up to see if all was working OK. We are pleased with American Standard unit and the installation work.

Home Air Control provided prompt, quality service. I was very pleased with there performance and professionalism. I was withouth heat for about a week, waiting on another contractor to fix the problem. The previous contractor informed me that my heat pump was broken and would cost at least $300 to fix. After failing to show for two appointments, Home Air Control came out and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes.
