HAC was a very professional company to work with. The costs/type of the equipment installed was top notch. The installation was very smooth and efficient, and all work was completed in a timely manner. Though I didn't need the unit installed right away, these folks actually worked on Super Bowl Sunday to do the installation. Glenn and his son did a great job at a very competitive price. That's two for two with ServiceMagic...thanks Subsequent to my original posting, I encountered numrous problems with the AprilAir whole house humidifier that Home Air Control installed. Glenn came back to my house four times to make it right, but sadly the unit did not work well for my house, so he had to remove the humidifer. Mr. Bishop went out of his way to provide an emergency repair, and provided us with estimates to replace the furnace. The new furnace was installed the next week. Mr. Bishop checked on us in the intervening time to make sure that the emergency repair was still functioning. Working with him was a great experience!
Technician was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional.
