Excellent does not seem the right word. Everything Glenn and his son did was perfect and professional . From their estimate to the installation of the new furnace. We explained what we needed and our limitations and they worked with us. The furnace was put in within two days of our decision and up and running. They surpassed all of our expectations and most of all, they had the area they worked in cleaner than they started. They went far beyond anyone who had done work for us. We would recommend them highly to everyone.
Glenn was outstanding, he gave us a good price right away and did an excellent job. When it turned out my Dad's vent pipes needed replacement, he went and bought everything, came back and did all that work as well, all for a very reasonable price. We're thinking of more projects we can send his way.
They were punctual, gave me the best price, were clean and extremely hardworking and polite. I would highly recomment them (and do recommend them) to everyone that needs any type of furnace work done.

Mr Glenn Bishop Senior and Junior installed a new American Standard heatpump/furnace system in my townhouse and were very pleasant to work with. They are professional, polite, on time, and friendly. I had been comparison shopping and they matched another estimate. The job was done fast, clean, and competently. They followed up the next day and I am confident that they will do a good job with the maintenance of my system in the future. I will recommend them to my friends.
I am an out of state landlord with a new tenant moving into my condo in Columbia, MD. The central air was not working when the tenant moved in and Glenn Bishop was out within a couple of hours of my call. He was fast, honest and reasonably priced - two factors important to me who could only deal with someone on the phone. I will definately use him again.
I could not have asked for a better experience. They called me immediately and set up a time to come out to resolve the problem. They were prompt, efficient, very quick in finding the problem and explaining what needed to be done to fix it. They arrived when they said they would and installed and cleaned up afterwards. I would and will recommend them for their professionalism.
Very polite and considerate. Glen really listened to my cooling needs and checked out the rooms and ductwork. He added ductwork to an upstairs area that never gets cool. Nobody else had ever even looked ar my ductwork. I don't think he could have been any better. He was always on time.
