Mr. Bishop came out on short notice on a Saturday to check out my fried fan coil. The first company that took a look wanted to repair the unit, but Mr. Bishop made the extra effort to locate a new unit and then got it installed within 2 days...and for less than the quoted repair! Between Glenn Jr & Sr, the new unit was installed with great care and expertise.
