There were several issues the contractor had to discover, and then repair. He was thorough and diligent throughout the process and got my system fixed.
Mr. Bishop called shortly after ServiceMagic submitted the request on a Saturday morning. A crew was at my door within an hour and a half and worked very efficiently in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. They went 'above and beyond' in both finding a problem with my oil furnace and talking directly to my oil service company to let them know what the problem was. They were great! Totally respectful of our home's interior and the goals for our project. I wish ALL home improvement contractors would be as responsive, kind and helpful.
Very professional. Very knowledgable. Very accommodating. We received three estimates other than Home Air Control, however, there was no competition. Home Air Control also had the best price on a name brand, well-known heat pump. They came 1 wk. after 27" of snow fell. My husband cleared a path, they arrived @8:30 AM and were finished and cleaned up by 12PM. They were clean, efficient and friendly. HIRE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!
Glenn is the BEST! I called Glenn on a Sunday morning after a 7" snow and within 2 hours my furnace was fixed. Awesome service!! Very personable and professional!!
Mr. Bishop came to my home during an emergency, assessed the situation and set out to locate a much needed part. The part could not be found in a timely fashion; therefore, Mr. Bishop advised me to seek assistance elsewhere as this was an emergency. I must say that Glen Bishop was most professional, knowledgeable and helpful as he attended to my problem with a non-working furnace. He knew what was wrong. Even though Home Air Control was unable to complete the job, I'd hire them in a heartbeat again!
you guys did a great job installing my furnace and I would recommend home air control to people needing a new furnace or central air. thanks once again for putting it in before the snow hit !
