This commpany was extremely prompt, courteous and professional. They identified and fixed the problem and they will be my "go to" company for all my future HVAC needs. I was very impressed with them, and highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of service.
Service was outstanding. The service representative was on time, curteous, and knowledgeable. Our furnace was fixed in less than one hour for a reasonable cost and during a time that was convenient for me. I would highly recommend Home Air Control.
Very good - he came out, checked both furnaces and outside heatpumps and made adjustments as needed and recharged one of my systems.
Home Air Control was amazing. Glen quickly contacted me and was able to give me a rough estimate over the phone/email of what it would cost to replace my 3 Ton Electric Heat Pump. His price was extremely competitive and he even came out to my home on Christmas Eve to make sure he could get the work done before the end of the year. I had a problem with my heat pump. Using ServiceMagic, Home Air Control, responded very quickly. They gave me the cost of repair vs. the coast of replacing the unit. I found their pricing for replacement very competitive, and decided to replace my unit. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and clean. Only one complaint is that Glen told me that he wouldn?t charge me for the original service call; however they called later and told me that they have to charge me for that. My heat stopped working and I logged on the internet to find someone to fix it. I called two other companies and was told someone will be out tomorrow. When I called Home Air Control, they arrived within 20 minutes and fixed the problem. When I upgrade my system, I will call Home Air Control again to install the unit. Very professional and answered all questions. I would recommend them to anyone with a heating/air condition problem.
Home Air Conrol responded quickly after getting the notice from Servicemagic...so quickly, in fact, that I hadn't yet hung up with the Servicemagic representative when they called me. They were able to come the same day and fixed my problem quickly. Thanks guys!!
