They did an Excellent job. They were so nice and respectful. When the job was done they took the time to show me how to take care of it. I am so greatful for home air control. A great company! Glenn was the only one of about 8 local companies that actually took the time to explain to me what the issues I was experiencing with my Heat pump could be. The ball-parked quote he provided me prior to arriving at my home was almost exactly what my charge turned out to be even though he found and fixed additional problems that other reputable companies had completely missed. Mr. BIshop called within a few minutes of my request, scheduled a time to come over to analyze our HVAC unit, and showed up on time. Professional and courteous, he got the job done and charged an honest price.
It is wonderful to have heat once again in our house and it is cycling on much less frequently than the old unit did, so I know it will be much cheaper to operate. This company is outstanding! They selected the right system for our house and did a beautiful installation job. They definitely take pride in their work. absolutely the best. honest, extremely timely, courteous and efficient. they diagnosed our problem and solved it with minimal time and expence for a w/e job. also came back several hours later to check that our a/c was operating properly. they gave good advice and suggestions to maintain our a/c and advised us not to purchase yearly maintenance agreements; but instead to have a once a year inspection of the a/c and the furnace. thank you Glenn Bishop!
Friendly, efficient,flexible, fair price, willing to work with my schedule, honest, i.e, they did what they said they would do. They also cleaned up after themselves. I recommend them highly.
