Mrs. D Steawrt I have purchased many cars in my 40 years of driving and I have never been treated as well I was treated at Holmes Honda. My salesman, Luther Grissom is the best of the best. James and Cory are wonderful as well. Never has a salesman spent as much time with me going over the car and the features and helping figure out how to use them all. He even helped me sync my phone and the radio. I will always by from Holmes Honda. I LOVE MY NEW ODESSY. Everyone need to go see Luther and the amazing staff at Holmes Honda.
Very Satisfied with Service Clinic for new owners! Attended the Honda Service Clinic today. Mr. Oliver was very knowledgable about Hondas and how they operate. It was very useful to me as this is my first Honda purchase. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was top notch. I do think someone considering a Honda should consider this dealership. Thanks.
Mrs. Went in on Tuesday night late not really planning on buying. Mr. Luther Grissom was a great saleman. Ended up with a car that night. He stayed way over his normal time to take care of everything. When I picked the car up yesterday it did not look like it had been washed. Mr. Grissom examined it with me and took it to the back and had it cleaned. The overall detailing for a new car was not good but the service I recieved from Mr. Grissom was. I recommend him if you are looking for a new car.
Not Great I wish I could say I had good experiences at Holmes Honda. However, every instance (about half a dozen visits) I have been there things just do not go well. From refusing to fix their mistake to refusing to fix my car that has an obvious problem, to just general apathetic service.
I won't drive anything but a honda I purchased my very first car with Holmes Honda. They have treated me very well! Any time I make an appointment to get my car serviced, they always have me in and out quickly. I recently went in for an oil change, came out with a brand new 2012 honda. I am *very* pleased with my new purchase. They gave me a very sweet deal and helped me out in the long run. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Great customer service!!!!!!!

My First time experience as a Honda owner I had been looking into buying a car for at least 2 months. I went to Mike Morgan, John Harvey Toyota,(Toyota in Shreveport) Moffitt Mazda, Chevyland, Orr Nissan ( Bossier and Shreveport) Red River Chevy, Landers Dodge. I went all over Shreveport- Bossier and even called a couple of place in Arkansas. No One and I mean No One could compare to Holmes Honda!
