Very Happy Customer Product aside, you can better judge the quality of service by the what happens after the sale. HH doesn't just sale you a car they provide you a continum of personal service long after the sale. I've dealt with many car dearlerships in my lifetime and HH ranks as one the best!

Best in the City I was recently divorced and my car was going to cost more to fix than it was worth. I had gone to three other dealerships and had been turned down because my credit was damaged due to the divorce. Great Job, Holmes! From the beginning of the car search to the final purchase, Holmes Honda was very customer friendly. I got most of the information I needed from their excellent website (free CarFax, price of the vehicle, etc.) and once I got to the dealership, the sales associate (Kane) was very helpful and knowledgable, but not pushy. World Class Service! - Incredible Experience! I just bought my second "Brand New" car and had the best experience ever! The first time I bought a car the salesperson was very pushy (not at this dealership), but this time was a very enjoyable process. we will not go back. The sales agent was not knowledgeable about the cars AT all, and had to go back and forth to the manager's office several times because he forgot what he was asking them for us in the first place. Finally, we just went to go talk with the managers ourselves since the back and forth was obviously not working and was taking forever, and they seemed highly offended that we even attempted to talk to them. BEWARE!! They had my vehicle since 5 March 2012 and today is 10 July 2012 and they still couldn't fix the gear selector light on the instrument cluster panel. They didn't give me any courtesy calls to tell me the part was on back order. The part was a used part and it still didn't fix it! They said that they would deliver it on the 9th of July and didn't and of course, didn't call! First Time Honda Owner Just purchased from Holmes for the first time, the service was strong and the facilities were impressive. They also helped me understand the in's and out's of my car by hosting a car clinic. I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX-L. I am happy with my new car. The only down side to my Holmes experience is the that they are a little overpriced compared to competitive dealers. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Nice people, good buying experience I just bought a used car from Holmes last week. Amanda and the rest of the sales team were very nice and easy to work with.
