SERVICE My 2010 Honda Insight is in for service, Routine.... The service department is exceptional. Robin Peters is my normal service advisor. Another advisor helped me today, Reid was very attentive, discussing my options for the service that I was needing. I advised him that I would be traveling to Florida next week. Car clinic, service and purchase review I recently attended a vehicle clinic which was given for new Honda car owners. I found the information to be very informative, and the instructor was well prepared. While at the dealership, I picked up my tag and my salesman, Zach Parnell, attached the plates on my new car. Good sales, bad service Bought a new Civic from Allen Smith a couple of months ago, he was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the car. BUT, the service department is the problem. I brought my car in when the change oil light came on, they said they were too busy and come back when it hits 5% and make a appointment. So I did and left for about 2 hours, only to come back and find they haven't even touched it. I really hope 3 hour oil changes are not common here. Great Service, Friendly Environment My husband and I are newly wed, and our first big purchase was a 2011 Honda Fit from Holmes Honda. With a friendly atmosphere, Holmes is unlike any other dealership that I have been to. Holmes Honda: ALWAYS #1 for me! Holmes Honda is AWESOME!!!! They have the greatest staff! Every time I go there everyone is VERY nice. I seldom have a concern, but if I do (& it is usually minor!) the people always have an answer for me. Sometimes I need info, sometimes a minor adjustment...ALWAYS taken care of with a smile. Sales or service...always a pleasant experience. NO... I am NOT family...I go into the dealership...whether for sales or service...with a positive attitude...I ALWAYS get a positive attitude back.
Great Service I purchased a used Odessy from this dealer and they have done everything possible to make sure that my husband and I are happy & satisfied with our purchase. Any issue we had with the vehicle was resolved immediately. Our sale rep. Eugene (?) even called us about a month after the purchase just to say hello. And the finance guy (Wade) mailed us a thank you letter around the same time. PROS: Great team of workers trying to get you what you want. CONS: None
