Good Experience Yesterday evening my wife and I purchased a new Pilot from Holmes. Mr. Robert McClemore was the sales associate we worked with.ÂÂWe would like to let you know that it was a pleasure to be helped by Mr. McClemore. He was helpful, accommodating, very knowledgeable of the Honda vehicles, and in general did a super job. Please let him know how much my wife and I appreciate theÂprofessional manner in which he handled the total transaction.Â
Holmes Honda review. Sales persons treated me with respect, worked with me to reach my goal, and answered my questions. Only negative; I hate dealing with business manager. Nice fellow, and he didn't push too hard to get me to attach a bunch of add ons, but the add ons are SO WORTHLESS! In most cases, I already had coverages at a far better price, and when I come in with a budget, it's fiscally IRRESPONSIBLE to push a person to tack on to the financing; unless you want them to overbuy and DEFAULT!
Think Twice I bought a brand new Accord from Holmes and was very pleased with the price I got it for since I had bargained with several dealerships with no positive outcome. However, several days later I noticed two dull spots on the hood of the car and I brought it back to the dealership and wanted explaination. All I got was rudeness, especially by the manager. Betty C Williams I had a very enjoyable experience purchasing my car at Holmes Honda. My salesman was Marlin Anderson and he was very helpful and informative without being aggressive. I have already recommended him to 2 other prospective buyers. I have had other hondas and I know that Holmes also has a wonderful service department. Holmes Honda, Makin' Ya Feel at Home! I stumbled upon the lot absolutely clueless. It was my first time buying a new car and I had no idea what I wanted. LaDarious, my sales associate, was absolutely wonderful. He helped me pick a car that fit my personality and my budget. As for price, I was more than satisfied with my buy! Sales staff need training My husband and I recently helped my elderly mother purchase a new Honda Civic at Holmes. The salesman hardly acknowledged my mother, mostly talked to my husband. When my husband discussed pricing alone with the salesman, the salesman said "let me talk to my manager", but instead went to my mother and proceeded to try to talk her into a higher price explaining that he wouldn't make any money if he took the price my husband quoted. Janet and Norman C. My husband an i had a great experience at Holmes Honda with a very knowledgeable sales lady (Miss Amanda) she was super nice and friendly . The sales staff also were very friendly always asking if we needed any thing and were very patient with our 21 month old daughter who had fun running around in building long after hours while staff was helping us, finalize buying our knew CRV SUV . We will most definitely trade with them again. I give Amanda five stars as well as the dealership.
Made it easy We recently purchased a Honda Accord and worked with Amanda. She was awesome, even in this heat she stayed for hrs with us while we test drove. We had a budget and they stuck to it and worked hard for it. Larry in finance did an awesome job as well! We are very happy with the car and will use them again in the future.
