Steve and JC are the best. Every time I've gone into the store to get some type of maintenance done on my bike, or have a question, JC has always helped me out immediately by scheduling some type of maintenance or answering questions I may have about my bike. The last time I was in, Steve was right at the front door and ready to answer questions and get help about a tire pump I was having problems with. I highly recommend Holmes Cycling and Fitness over any other store.
I had a fantastic experience buying a bike and a rack from Steve! He spent a lot of time finding the right bike for me. He's very knowledgeable and patient, and allowed me to take as long as I needed test-riding bikes.
Visited Holmes today and worked with JC Wilkinson who was terrific. I explained my problems and what I was looking for and he explained why I should not it. Steered me in the right direction, helped me do a few test drives which were a tad shaky but with practice I will get there. Ordered my new bike with his help. Tks JC for yr time, patience, experience & knowing what was best for me.
Great bike shop, have been since I can remember, way back at the old location. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Will help steer you to right bike for you.
Thanks Steve for your help with my new Defy. Other dealers would not do what Holmes Cycling did to build my bike the way I wished.
