poor service they wouldn't install a bottle cage and grips because I didn't buy a dropper post
RecommendedRecently moved from Camp Hill to Clovis, NM, and there isn’t a bike shop nearby. Contacted Don and he helped me find the bike pump I needed. Ray shipped it to me and I received it a few days later! Thanks for helping me out from afar. It’s nice to have a trusted bike shop for my extreme triathlon training and racing adventures :)
Thank you sooooo much for helping me pick out the ABSOLUTELY PERFECT bike for me!! I could not be happier. On March 23 I bought, just before the Pandemic shut down, an adult Sun Trike which my son, who lives in Carlisle, was going to deliver to my home in Lambertville, NJ. Because of the stay at home orders I called Holmes to see if they would keep the bike until my son was able to make the trip. Without hesitation they said “no problem”. The friendliest bike store I have worked with ! For single woman walking into bike stores it is challenging because I am not as proficient in “bike speak “ as the guys - but this bike shop is so friendly and quick and knows just what you need . The are very respectful and knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to work with them . I’ll be back to get my next new bike from them !
These guys were a life saver when I found myself with an abundance of free time with covid-19 going on. Not only were they open but they were able to order a part for me and I could utilize their contactless pickup in the parking lot.
