Best bike shop & customer service I’ve ever experienced! After mediocre service and attitudes at a bike shop that’s closer to my house, I stepped into Holmes to ask several questions, get properly sized for a bike, and likely purchase one. We got new bikes today, first time getting on a bike in about 10yrs and our sales guy Don was really helpful, even included our little 10mth old daughter, got a baby seat for her. He showed us on the computer what size bike you'll need, what size helmet you'll need. Test road the bikes we we're interested in the back of the store. Very informative!
Ray was great! I lost a gift card I got for Christmas and he was able to rectify the situation while also giving me some great advice and knowledge on some new mountain biking shoes. Left with some killer kicks and a much needed trail map for Michaux!
