Thanks for the bike, and a year of free service because I bought the bike at your shop. Last 2 experiences haven’t been great. First tuneup I had done, one of the mechs told me I needed to pick better lines because I had a slightly bent derailleur hanger. I had over 200 miles of single track, and rode on Tussey Mountain trails once or twice a week. Went again today, and the work order was put under my brothers name, and I didn’t get the call or text because it went to him. Also, changed a bolt on the stem, and it’s 3/16” too... read more

I’ve purchased many bikes over the years from both Holmes (4)and World Cup ski and cycling (2).I find myself returning to Holmes more often than not as I feel they provide a superior service and support for your bike months and even years after purchase as they are dedicated to bikes year round as oppose to jus some of the year. During the height of the great bike parts shortage the planet experienced in the summer of 2020, they were still able to secure the parts I needed for a big repair and did not charge inflated prices ... read more
