great personal attention and outstanding customer service. it is a very good environment to shop. there is no pushy salesman trying to upsale you. I was custom fitted for my bike. I dont have alot of experience in cycling but was treated with respect. this will be my new home for cycling and fitness needs.
I was picking out a bike to do a triathlon, and this was my first racing bike. I ended up talking with 3 different people, and all the staff was really knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, and get me the right bike, with the right fit. Very pleased with the friendliness of the staff.
Don was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything when it came to a bike purchase. Highly recommend, especially if you are new to biking!
If you’re looking for a good bike, this is the place to go. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! My husband and I were both fitted for a bike. Ray assisted us and was super helpful and knowledgeable! And very patient with me! If you’re looking for an excellent bike and excellent service...Holmes Cycling is the place! We are customers for life and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.
Great knowledgeable staff always willing to help! They even helped a local neighbor by moving a railroad tie for him. I have been going to this shop for a while and will continue to give them my business!
