Holmen Locker began in the 1940's as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you'll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

Just cooked up those bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed chicken breasts. Gosh dang, they were delicious! The jade wine was a great suggestion too! As always, thanks for the great selection of wine and meats!
Just tried the Jamaican Me Crazy brat. Great flavor with a little kick. Can't wait for them to be available :-)
