Holmen Locker began in the 1940's as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you'll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

After several nasty steaks from Fest we finally decided to try you guys out. Where have you been all of our lives?! I just had the best steak of my life from you guys, we will be back for more to stock our freezer. I also can’t wait to try your ham for Easter, I will be calling to request one!
bought a brisket to smoke turned out amazing for sure going back for all my meat from now on
Absolutely love this store. We moved to Caledonia and I wish there was a 2nd location up here. I bought a package of the best smoked bacon ever!! I fried it lightly then diced it up and put it hamburger patties. Best burgers ever!!

I hope the product is better than the unfriendly service. Not busy at the time I dropped meat off to be processed. No one greeted upon entrance. No smiles, flat tone, minimal questions, no thank-you for your business. Matter-of-fact at best. Customer service matters when there are other meat lockers in the area!
