Holmen Locker began in the 1940's as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you'll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

RecommendedI live in California now. Everyone I share beef jerky from Holmen meat locker with, or even hear me describe how great they are fall in LOVE. My friends have mispronounced their name because they thought I said, "HOME and meat locker." (Wisconsin accent, maybe?) Holmen meat locker is meat from my home, and they're the best!❤️ It's not much, but I want HML to know that there's a small handful of folks on the west coast who absolutely LOVE thier place!

Was able to Guarantee my chicken order for our family get together when I couldn't count on our usual source. also love the whole pig we get for a great price every year!
We were very excited to again get our Easter ham from the Meat Locker, it’s tradition. While we weren’t able to have everyone around the table, we still celebrated together by delivering meal plates to our family. The ham is the best by far and good food always soothes the soul. Thanking for allowing us to keep some traditions during these challenging times. And the staff is always helpful!
