Holmen Locker began in the 1940's as a meat processing plant for local farmers. In 1996 Holmen Locker was purchased by the current owners, Scott and Lauri Stettler. Holmen Locker and Meat Market has two distinct areas. On one side is the processing and smokehouse area. The other side houses the retail market area, which was completed in 2004. Inside the market you'll find a wide variety of fresh meats and cheeses, microbrew beers, wines, specialty foods, gift baskets and house wares.

I was refereeing a football game in Holmen last year, and during half-time, they took us to the concessions for a snack / water. They offered hot dogs to us, and I have to honestly say, they were the best hot dogs I have ever had. I ran into a package on the shelf last night while shopping, and it was a no brainer to get another pack! They were thrown on the grill last night and they were just as great as I remembered! Holmen Meat Locker....You have my vote! Can't wait to try other cuts of meat!

I recently had some venison processed into hotdogs, hotsticks ,& summer sausage. All three turned out Excellent. It's always nice to find a place that does a great job on the wild game I harvest. Would and will recommend to all.
