The atmosphere is nice but everything else is horrible. The worst thing is that the cleaning staff left our room noticeably open for hours after they cleaned it! They were supposed to do an investigation, but we haven’t heard anything yet. The beds are horrible. I had back pain every day. I wouldn’t return.
Giving 4 stars. Overall my husband and I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice and relaxing. Sliding glass door had a good noise barrier to the outside festivities going on at 11th floor adult pool. (We were on 12th floor) Decor around hotel was upscale beachy; super cute. Nice towels and robe in our room, but it would have been nice to have two robes. Guess we should have requested another. We were at the land shack attempting to grab dinner and they were so disorganized that we end up leaving. We attempted to eat the bar but the smell of filth coming from that bar was impossible. The hostess were totally rude and unattentive. My husband was standing at the desk and they just ignore you. As a travel professional I will Not recommend this place. The entertainment maybe good, but the lack of service will make me twice to recommend thus place.

I think this resort is very nice for family and adults. They are very nice in the front desk when you check in. The staff for the pool is amazing . Kudos to Alex (pool guy) always helping us in the adult pool (downstairs) with the Cabana. Drinks were good but I think the food could improve a little more. This is our 3rd the me staying there and we really enjoy it. The only thing I noticed was that the water in the adult pool down stair was warm. But the water in the other pool was cold. But overall it was great place👍😊
Very nice place, lots of activities and plenty of staff. But way too many rules, and not to mention I felt like I was at grand central station, so many people!!
