Great customer service. The staff is always willing to help.
I came here with my fiancé for his birthday. When we were researching hotels at first we skipped over this place, thinking it would be much too crowded and feel very “commercial”. I’m glad to say that was not our experience at all. Although it is a large resort, our experience still felt very personal and private. There was a huge storm the 2nd day we were in Hollywood and I am so happy the hotel had many indoor accommodations. I love this resort. Highly recommend to everyone. There’s only one part I HATE. The bathrooms in the room. The design is stupid. There isn’t a lock on the door for the toilet, which is inside the bathroom area. The shower doesn’t have a door at all, there’s barely even a large enough glass to block water from going all over bathroom. There isn’t a lock on the bathroom door, but there IS a small gap so you can see through while walking by. This design is not ideal for a hotel room unless you’re there as a couple. This resort has everything from fantastic people to fantastic food , activities , drinks! Did I say drinks?!?! The bartender James at 5 o’clock somewhere was wonderful especially his drinks! Chris @ the front desk was soooooooooo awesome even recommending places for my husband & I to go outside of the resort.. not that we really needed to! I highly recommend this beach resort !!!
