This was our 3 rd year of booking on our Anniversary!! They UP GRADED OUR ROOM to Wrap around view BEACH AND INTRACOASTAL !! And treated us to discounts on everything we did !! Love the staff !! Going again next year !!
This resort is by far our favorite place. The customer service is well above what you can imagine. We were treated so well by Hallie and then when we went to compliment her with the management Odell continued to take care of us. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful hotel and their amazing staff. Sue Chace

I live in the area and often take visitors to the hotel for dinner. Went on Saturday night with guests. I always order the shrimp which comes 3 ways. My favorite has always been the coconut milk one. This time, I was very disappointed. It was not the same. Had peppers in it. My drink was awful, but the waiter did bring a replacement. It took quite a while to be waited on. This is a terrific place. Hotel rooms beautiful. Bed comfy. Friendly staff. Go see Leah at the bar for an after dinner drink. Very nice. Definitely go to Margaritaville restaurant to eat. Lauren at lunch is funny and great service. Really enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad. When leaving the hotel the valet brought up my car FLAT TIRE. This is truly a bummer when you have a 2 hour car ride. Best resort ever!! Accommodations are top notch and service is excellent!! Everyone here is helpful and friendly!! Nightly entertainment is enjoyable! Could not ask for a better vacation. We will be back!!
I am very impressed with this hotel and amenities! We enjoyed our stay as a family which was mostly spent at the pool or walking around Boardwalk. We never got a change to visit the place across the street but did try some of the great spots down the strip. On Sunday the concert area was jamming and had a great crowd. We will definitely stay again soon!
