Went to restaurant and left without ordering. Business was slow but we were there at least 20 minutes before a manager came to get our order (no drinks yet, mind you). He said he’d be back for our order. By the time he returned, we’d decided to leave and he argued with us that he was there to take our order...no one ever offered to get us drinks. Never going back!
Overall, the resort is beautiful! When we checked in we were notified that we had been upgraded. The staff at the front desk was informative and friendly. This day, parking was a pleasure. The room was spacious and clean and had amazing views of the ocean and intracoastal. The two pools downstairs were crowded with children, so the adult-only pool and License to Chill bar was our favorite place to relax at the resort. The staff at the pool was attentive. I had a great time, everyone was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean enough & there was no spots @ the shark pool but we grabbed a towel and layed it on the floor and within an hour and a half we got a nice spot right where we wanted to be. Patience is key. Music was great. Thank you maragaritaville.

This weekend was probably the fifth time I've stayed here. The service is AMAZING, the rooms are inviting and comfortable and the location is prime! Juan at the front desk was so wonderful. We were there for a ladies weekend to celebrate a birthday and Juan made sure our room was in the perfect spot right next to the adult pool with an ocean view. Thank you Juan!
We had a day between our cruise and flight home and spent a day checking out the resort. Will definitely come back for a stay and already recommended it to a few people. Worth a trip from Seattle - direct flight on @alaskaair - no passport required! 🐠

5 star ALL AROUND!! Juan at check-in on Friday 7/13/18 was EXCEPTIONAL! Bravo. Juan Pablo working the pool deck on floor 11 Saturday 7/14/18 is an asset to Margaritaville! He went beyond the call of duty!!
