Can’t ever recommend this resort enough! I went with my husband this past Friday-Monday for a nice kids-free getaway. Everything was perfect. The service is amazing, rooms/resort impeccable, food was delicious. There is so much to do and so much fun to be had! We will definitely be back! This time we will bring our kids...I didn’t realize how much stuff there was for the kids to do! This place is paradise!

Had the best time, the hotel has a great atmosphere of relaxation in a tropical setting. All the personal are extremely nice. Only problem we had was when we got to the pool area (both pools), at 1pm there were no chairs at all at one pool and the other pool had the lounge chair but no umbrella to go with it. You cannot sit in hot florida sun without an umbrella ! But after going to the concierge after Anthony tried so hard to help us, Gaby came to the rescue and very kindly gave us a cabana for the day. Property and rooms are very nice. The service at the Margaritaville restaurant was terrible. Walked out once after sitting with out getting our drinks for 20 minutes. The higher end steak restaurant was good as was the service. The surrounding area was a little seedy as was the people on the broadwalk. We would pick another location next time.
Waste of money, service was horrible server didn't know the difference between a flatbed or an open grill of how the meat was cooked . Over priced,filthy bathrooms.

Such a beautiful hotel filled with great staff ..... the rooms are beautiful....... cake on a Sunday and even for a Sunday they have so much going on ..... great for children.... they have a children center that is also served with food depending the drop off time � .... so happy with this pick
What a great place! Beachfront dinner, drinks and fun.
