Fish tacos were good, but took quite some time to get our food and drinks, and it was late afternoon, not peak hours. Wife and i went back later in evening 4 drinks and to listen to live music. Very enjoyable, but drinks are pricey.
The service was so slow & unattentive. I had to ask 3 times for lemon slices. We had to ask twice for silverware & napkins. The food took over 35 mins to come out, burgers. And when they did they were bland & dry. Then the server, who was very short & uninterested in our table spent almost 10 mins at a time chatting up all her other tables while we waited for her to process our check. Very disappointed

Less than perfect experience. I called weeks in advance to make a reservation for 12, was told no reservations were accepted. They proceeded to to tell me that a Tuesday night was not busy and should not have a problem. Upon arrival, in was told that my wait was going to be 45 min to an hour. I explained what I tried to do in advance and that there would not be problem. I waited almost 2 hours... I asked if we could sit outside, they had to ask. Finally, we were seated. My husband and I absolutely loved it here especially since we just finished a Royal Caribbean cruise and wasn't ready to leave Florida yet! Shout outs to Bellmen Michael and Ron and front desk receptionists Frank and Maria! All four made us feel so welcome that we are definitely making this resort a stop on future cruises and vacations!
