Beautiful and clean resort, friendly and helpful staff, and both relaxing and fun!! My friends and I had an incredible time and we can't wait to come back to this Resort. It is located in the perfect spot on the boardwalk with the beach Within steps from the resort gates.
We sat down at the bar looking to grab a drink and a cheeseburger. The service was terrible. They waited 30 mins between us and a group who was clearly larger than us: they gave them all the attention of course because they were obviously going to leave a greater tip than us... Poor service from the get..
Had a great day there , everyone should go!!!!!!
Cool hotel and theme! Would love to spend a few days there to really take it all in.
A most excellent resort location on Hollywood Beach - good food, good drinks, great atmosphere!
We had the volcano nachos in Ocho Rios a few days prior and loved them. Decided to order them again here. They were almost as good as the 1st time.
PERFECT ALLROUND ... WE REALLY ENJOYED EVERY BIT AND SURE WILL BE BACK!!!
Very polite staff very welcoming and helpful. When the staff at JWB and margaritaville found out it was my anniversary they went above and beyond. Every bar we went to the drinks stayed flowing. Can't wait for the next visit. The staff welcomed all visitors whether you were a guest of he hotel of you were just someone off the street. If I could give 10 stars I would give 11
I am here right now. The food was excellent I eat the "Cheeseburger in paradise" and drink the "booze in a blender". I am feeling very good right now. I had three drinks in my green blender and I want another. I like the staff. The staff very nice to me. I talk to them a lot and I will leave Jenna a large tip. Please take my word for the goodness of this restaurant. I will be back tomorrow.
