After checking out this am, we sat at pool, swam etc., We wanted to take showers before heading to airport ... shower options were outside at pool rinse off or pay $25 per person to shower in the spa area. Seriously! BIG miss .... After spending $2k for 4 days, I got to shower outside!
We were there for a mini high school reunion...Tables were put together, checks were split..waitress was incredible!! Thank You!!
I am here right now laying pool side and even with not such great weather it has been a wonderful experience! The staff has been fantastic, the spa was great, and the room was amazing. The pool staff by the lone palm are amazing. Extremely attentive! For living only a hour away I felt like I was on an island vacation!
Still here with my family of four, and we will finish out our stay because we've already paid but many customer service issues with this resort. One example: Tried to get dessert in our room last night at 9pm. Couldn't do room service because there was no menu in our room. Went to margaritaville restaurant to carry out and was told they couldn't do that because they have no containers. Spoke with manager and said he would do something to compensate for the issues. My waiter was Joey, he has one of the best customer service attitudes I have seen down here. It was a great experience.
