This resort is a refreshing take on Bomo Chic - rooms nicely appointed with all the needed amenities and plenty of square footage plus amazing views from your balcony. Staff is friendly and efficient with plenty to do on and off property. Loved sitting at the 5pm somewhere bar on the intracoastal watching the boats pass by on a Sunday afternoon. Hotel is nice. Girls at the coffee shop were nice. Our server, Alberto, was great. The rest of the staff sucked; and this was not our 1st time there. It's a shame.

Great resort, the staff is great. Even the JWB steak house was better this year. My only complaint is not having Jimmy's music throughout the day at the pool and bars. The best music experience is in the morning up til 10am and in the elevator and lobby all day long �
After a bit so great experience last weekend we were invited back and had a chance to taste the food at land shark .. the food was amazing the service was great .. the mac and cheese is to die for .. had an amazing time worth going to over and over again .. thank u land shark

Loved everything about this place! Service was friendly and always helpful.
Well done, but very very expensive. Save some money buy taking water taxi and using ticket to get 2-4-1 Margaritas.
Went to have lunch hubby and me , didn't started to we'll the hostess wasn't very attentive when we got there no one was there to sit us waited 4 minutes , we proceed to sit ourselves mind you my husband is handicap, hostess shows up to the table where we were getting ready to sit she told us there was a waiting list we must return to her station, that was a mission for my husband, he ask to see the manager a very nice pregnant girl comes out, hubby explain what just had happened, she apologize and was very professional sat ... read more
