Excited of the ambiance.Very Tropical and Caribbeanish.Pleased of the service.Of the food,Of the entire Package.Most of all, the beach Is right there,the Boardwalk is a delight and a great plus to the Resort.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here last weekend. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!! All employees, from the front desk to the maid, were extremely polite, helpful, fun and did everything they could to make our stay a great experience. The music and live bands added to a fantastic stay. The room was spotless, the food delicious and the drinks.....Well you can figure that out yourselves. We can't wait to go back. Great atmosphere and plenty of activities and things to do for adults and kids without having to drive anywhere. Only complaints were about maid service leaving dirty drinking glasses and melted ice in the ice bucket. Valet service seems unorganized, it took me 20 minutes to retrieve my car after the front desk had called for it and had to personally remind them I was still waiting. For a resort of this price category, it seems like is missing on the small details that makes for an unforgettable stay.

My boyfriend and I were just at Margaritaville this weekend celebrating my birthday. Our room was really nice with a view of the ocean and the intracoastal. We ate at Margaritaville, the restaurant, twice and Vivian was an exceptional server. She was super attentive and took great care of us. We ate at JWB Steakhouse last night and the service was good. Definitely a lot to do. Very clean and nice. Not happy that one elevator was out of service and then the other elevators shook and vibrated the whole elevator ride and my husband to boot is afraid of riding elevators, it did not help.
We just got finished with a five night stay. While the resort itself is spectacular, the service provided was not. When you are spending a good amount of money to stay at a decent resort you expect semi good service. The restaurants on the resort are lacking that important component. We have stayed at the Margaritaville in Pensacola and the service we received their was far superior to the service here. While we love the Margaritaville resort chain we will sadly not be returning to this one!

The resort is great. Cabanas by the pool. JWB Prime is incredible. The whole place is just really cool. The valet is the worst thing you will experience. The valet drivers are rude and clueless. They allow vehicles to jam up all lanes so no one can get out. Wait time is 20-30 minutes at 6:30 am to get your vehicle.
The food server spilled what was left of one of our drinks and did nothing - so we told our waiter he replaced it with a 1/2 drink!!!
