I went to Margaritaville to have a good time, unfortunately when I got there I started feeling a little sick, because I hadn't eaten all day. They told us it would be a forty minute wait. My friend talked to a waitress and explained to them the citations, they started moving like lightning. They told the manager and he made sue I got something to eat within minutes and he stayed with me the entire time asking what else could he do. Beautiful place for relaxation. Nice view and accommodation
Cabana / tiki hut was great with great service every day. Pool tube slide, limbo contest, volleyball and more. Staff was best staff ever. Views of ocean and intercostal This resort was fun for all of us.
Our only complaint is how we were ignored by the pool bar staff. One side of the pool had fantastic service- as we watched order after order, drink after drink yet there we sat, ignored. So we finally got someone as she walked by (ignoring us), and seemed bothered. We looked around to see if we happened to be on the "non drinking side", but nope. The rest of the stay was fantastic- what was up with that staff?
Wonderful time on our family vacation! We were a big crowd and we were treated so well! Attentive pool personnel, and the kids club was full of activities to keep all of our kids entertained! Also, the staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. Thank you!
I haven't stayed at the resort however I have visited the area 3 times in the last 6 months and every time I have spent a lot of time at their Lone Palm Tiki bar on the broadwalk...the bartenders are amazing and always make sure I have whatever I need. I always have an amazing time there thanks to them!
It's a beautiful new resort. Sigh. I hate writing this. They are understaffed. Pleasing guests not a priority. I check out tomorrow. Here for 3 nights. My room has yet to be cleaned. You would think at a beach resort they would at a minimum refresh your towels. Not here. They'll claim it was a holiday weekend. Yes. But not today. This place blows, Hollywood Beach forever ruined by Margaritaville. Sleepy beach town is now a wanna be SoBe. I hope it goes Oceanwalk Mall haha
