Great place to have a good time. Rooms, food, everything is top notch
Nice place Highly overpriced for food and drinks. Don't eat on site. You can have as good and better food down board walk for about a 1/3 of what they charge
The service was great management team was avaliable checking up on our table. Perfect location and wonderful waiters, margaritaville is a paradise and the team brings that together.
The rooms were clean. The views were great. All the amenities - the pools, beachfront, bars, etc - Top notch. The only biggie no no? The music. Loud, non stop music, at all hours of the day, at all part of the hotel. When I come to Florida for vacation, I want PEACE. and QUIET. Muted classical music, maybe. Not LOUD, ROCK music. That I could hear on my balcony even at midnight. It was really annoying.. ruined a lot for me. Also - the mattresses.... memory foam type matresses that you really sank into. We were part of that groupe and we felt no respecte from that bartander he was rude and unredpectfull towards us.

We checked in on Saturday Feb.11,2017 for 2 nights- beautiful hotel, food good, clean and very comfortable rooms. We had one issue on Monday, we went to eat at the place above the pool , ordered chicken wings and French fries-45 minutes later I asked where our food was, the waitress says what did you order again, so we told her, she came back with cold French fries and said the wings are in. We were 3 couples having a drink at the bar outside on the boardwalk Monday afternoon around 6:20 when a bartender told us very rudely to go sit on the wall between the beach and the boardwalk to finish our drinks. We needed just a few more minutes to finish our drinks . We were told that he needed to put away the table and chairs and the outside bar was closing . We were told again to go sit on the wall very abruptly . Way to go Margaritaville ! This isn't the way to treat your clients. His impoliteness ruined our evening. ... read more
