Holland is amazing. It was our first time buying a home and we were pretty nervous, but Holland was there every step of the way to help us. He is very responsive and eager to help. Any questions we had, Holland would answer. We really liked that he never pressured us to buy and would really care about our thoughts and feelings on the house.
