Very convenient for the city and airports, comfortable, great restaurant
The food is extremely expensive 21 dollars for breakfast buffet.. I understand if it's the Hilton or Westin but no...The front desk weren't helpful. I asked if she can locate my priority membership, she told me to call 1 800 number like seriously? What do u want to do gossip and laugh instead being helpful to guest...
Went out that evening. Came back was locked out of room at 3 am. Pass key would not work. They checked me out without me checking out. The room was great. Also got a phone call around 10 saying we were talking to loud. Could have understood if it was very late... Then they wouldn't tell who the complaint was. Probably won't stay there again.
We came a day early for our cruise. Booked a room online at the Rivera, omg, talk about scary and flee bag motel! Stayed 3 hours, drove 6 minutes and found the holiday. This was like finding a million dollar hotel, we all slept soundly in clean sheets and felt safe.
Very confortable, friendly people, Was nice to stay there.
Nice for a one night stay, but absolutely nothing in so rounding area, almost scary.
