If you want customer service with a attitude that's what you'll get from Janet at the holiday inn Newark airport. Rude and unattentive. Will never book again (my company sends me up here 2-3 nights a week)
I am glad we found this place cause we were bummed that we couldn't make our flight back home ,we go and stay at a place where the front desk has wonderful people to greet you plus the rooms are just as great we were so happy we had dinner and breakfast the next day. Also did laundry in a nice clean convenient laundry room. Thank you Holiday Inn staff.
Fly through Newark a lot and this place is my go-to-hotel. Always good customer service, good bar and better menu than most Holiday Inns
The hotel served the purpose. We were in town for a two day show at the Prudential arena. It was close enough to stay. I just wish they had a drop off shuttle to the area to help my daughters get there
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again! The room and beds were very, very comfortable!!!
Excellent accommodations, great staff, good food, very clean.
