Perfect room, friendly staff, big comfy bed, the best pillows, plenty of towels. A welcome retreat after a 11 hour flight. Friendly shuttle driver gave me EXCELLENT service too. Highly recommend. Didn't eat any food there so can't speak for the food or servers. No complaints.
The front desk staff was helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. The mattress was wonderful. There was a note it was brand new. No frig or microwave. Not sure if there was anyplace to buy anything as there was a huge storm going on. Which meant we had to eat at the hotel. Food was delicious and staff was great but the prices were very high. No idea if that s usually for the area. I have been spoiled by free breakfasts I guess.
Our flight was booked because of severe conditions and this hotel charged us everything. It’s in this situations you win a future client or you loose it forever. Really disappointed and I will never stay in holiday inn hotels. I hope you enjoy your 100 Euros. �
