Truly a diamond in the rough. Facility is clean, modern, well maintained with a friendly staff and a great little restaurant on the first floor.
Passes but not the most hospital place. Clear, basic room but nothing to delight you. The food at the restraint is a glorified and expensive Dennys.
After arriving from Dublin and having a cancelled flight to Columbus, OH, we finally got a room at the Newark Holiday Inn. Janet, who checked us in was amazing. She sensed we had a long and tiring travel and was very kind. With no luggage, she made sure we had the necessary toiletries. The king room was fantastic.
